With the growing number of Dapol ready to run o gauge models, it only makes sense to create a new variant of our couplings to fit. While our original design can work, it requires some trimming and filing. No more! While retrofitting anything with springs and retaining pins can be fiddly, these couplings slot straight into Dapol locomotives and rolling stock (Except the autocoach, see our Heljan type for that!)

These are designed to replace existing couplings and do not come supplied with replacement springs or retaining pins. 

Please note: These are not designed for automatic uncoupling as they connect magnet to magnet. The best way to uncouple these is to push downwards in the middle of the magnet plates.

Available options(All come as Hook and Chain and are available as a 2 or 5 PAIR pack):

1.5 Link with a single 3mm magnet on the ends, draw strength is 0.19KG of pull before separating

1.5 Link with dual 3mm Magnets on the ends, draw strength is 0.38KG of pull before separating

1.5 Link with large 5mm Magnet on the ends, draw strength is 0.46KG of pull before separating
